Carter Schwartz’s Managing Director Adam Carter advised Ancala Partners LLP on Peter’s appointment as Executive Chair for the newly formed Iris Care Group (formed in 2022).
Iris Care Group was formed following a merger between Holmleigh Care, a residential care, supported living and domiciliary care services for adults, and Ludlow Street Healthcare to strengthen its service delivery and commitment to providing critical support for those with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Peter brings strong leadership and transformation experience having led large organisations through mergers to successfully commercialise a business without compromising quality. Peter was formerly Chief Executive of CMG and led the successful merger with the Regard Partnership to form Achieve Together. Prior to this Peter was Operations Director for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. During his career, he has taken on a number of consultancy roles where his specialism of leadership and mentoring has been instrumental in a number of successful turnarounds.
In 2020 Infrastructure investment manager Ancala Partners LLP acquired a majority interest in the business on behalf of its European Infrastructure Fund II.
