Experienced healthcare leader Rory Passmore joins Precious as the group’s new CEO.

Rory joined the business in late 2022. He has been integral in the building of a leadership team, and the introduction and standardisation of new systems, and in addition, has led the group’s branding refresh which was launched this month.

Precious delivers support and care for autistic people and people with learning disabilities. The company has grown over the years and offers supported living and residential care at more than 40 locations, covering London, Birmingham, Dudley, Gloucester, Milton Keynes, and Torquay.
