Specialist care and support business, Holmleigh Care has appointed Peter Kinsey as Executive Chair.

Health and Social Care specialist Peter Kinsey has been appointed Executive Chair for supported living, residential, nursing and home care business.

Peter brings strong leadership and transformation experience having led large organisations through mergers to successfully commercialise a business without compromising quality. Peter was formerly Chief Executive of CMG and led the successful merger with the Regard Partnership to form Achieve Together. Prior to this Peter was Operations Director for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. During his career, he has taken on a number of consultancy roles where his specialism of leadership and mentoring has been instrumental in a number of successful turnarounds.

His move to Holmleigh Care as Executive Chair will see him implementing a strategic growth plan for the business.

Founded in 2000, Holmleigh Care provides residential care, supported living and domiciliary care services to adults with a range of disabilities and complex challenges. In December 2021, the group joined with Ludlow Street Healthcare to strengthen its service delivery and commitment to providing critical support for those with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

In 2020 Infrastructure investment manager Ancala Partners LLP acquired a majority interest in the business on behalf of its European Infrastructure Fund II.
