Precious Homes appoints Regional Operations Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Penney as Regional Operations Director with Precious Homes.

In his new role, Mark will oversee the London operations for Precious Homes which provides residential care and community support for adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism. Their current portfolio spans 15 services, both outreach and residential.

Mark’s passion for the sector and his ability to drive results was a key factor in his appointment. Previously with Achieve Together as Operations Director, Mark makes the move to Precious Homes in order to lead on positioning the business to meet future demands.

Speaking of his appointment, Mark said it was a rigorous selection process. “Not only did this ensure that Precious Homes was able to secure the right organisational fit, it allowed me as the candidate an opportunity to understand the direction of travel for the business and the role I would play in this journey. Linda had granular knowledge of what this business valued in their search process.
