To put it simply, everything is business as usual at Carter Schwartz. Because we already advocate flexible working, all of our systems and infrastructure are set up for exactly this kind of situation. From your point of view, very little will change.

We think it’s really important for firms to keep some momentum going during this tricky period. And actually, there are real opportunities out there. Lots of good people are actively looking for work, and we’re still here to help deliver your briefs.

On that note, we do of course expect face-to-face interviews to slow down – although we are still able to facilitate them, in line with NHS recommendations.

But we’re delighted to say we’ve partnered with market-leading video interview provider, Odro. This software is designed specifically for the interview process, and includes lots of really useful tools including video shortlisting and detailed analytics.
