New appointment for Envivo Group

Specialist care and support provider Envivo Group has appointed Roberta Roccella-Askew to the newly created role of Group Head of Quality, Risk & Assurance.

Envivo Group has been established to support and develop high-quality, financially robust, specialist providers of long-term residential and supported living services for adults with complex and challenging needs across England and Wales.

Currently supporting 1500 individuals, Envivo excels at delivering local and nationally recognised care and support.

Speaking of her appointment Roberta said “I joined the Envivo team for many reasons but first and foremost, I was really impressed by the Group’s values and its commitment to embed practices based around providing the best experience of care, support, and life. This approach and the vision they set out to deliver are close to both my personal and professional values, so I knew immediately that this was going to be a great career move for me.”

The role sees Roberta being instrumental in building a quality assurance framework that can enable the group and divisions to manage quality in the most effective way possible, with the people they support at the forefront of any decisions made.
