Envivo Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Andrews who has joined the group as its new Property and Development Director.
The business provides specialist care and support across England and Wales which encompasses TLC Care and Support, Heathcotes, Fieldbay, CPI and Crusader Care, New Directions, and Vision Mental Healthcare.
The role aims to support the growth of the business and to ensure the existing properties in the portfolio are maintained to high quality, to facilitate and deliver exceptional care to the people Envivo Group supports.
With more than 30 years’ experience working in property, development, construction and asset management across various sectors, Phil joins the business having led multi-disciplined teams responsible for organic growth, refurbishment and maintaining the existing estate to a high standard. His most recent role was Development and Property Director with Sunrise Senior Living on the Executive Leadership Team responsible for Property, Development and IT in the UK. Prior to this Phil carved out a strong career with developers and contractors responsible from project inception through to project delivery for various clients.
