Care provider, The Holmes Care Group has appointed Matthew Hansard as their Finance Director.

Operating properties in England and Scotland, The Holmes Care Group provides residential and nursing care for the elderly, people with dementia as well as support services for adults with disabilities. They also offer day services for older people with disabilities and mental health challenges.

Most recently, Matthew served as Finance Director with a PE-backed healthcare business. He brings a number of years of technical finance experience working here in the UK and Australia in domiciliary, fertility and clinical care environments.

In his new role, working closely with the Managing Director, Sharifa Lakhani, Matthew will help define and strengthen the group’s growth strategy.

Speaking of his appointment, Matthew said “I’m excited to have joined The Holmes Care Group as Finance Director at a pivotal time for the group and to partner the Board on various buy & build and organic growth strategies.
