Tim is a qualified and experienced social worker who has held a variety of management positions in residential children’s services, child protection, adoption, and fostering.

Since its inception, Capstone has developed a strong network of regional offices and area teams to support carers to do an important job really well.  Tim’s experience and his background will support strategic growth and development whilst upholding the vision, values, and ethos of the company.
