Elderly care home charity Sisters Hospitallers has appointed Sanjit Matharu as Head of Finance.

Carter Schwartz’s Head of CFO Practice, Richard Baker worked with Managing Director of the charity, Kevin Rusbridge on this appointment.

As we had not worked with the charity before, Richard ensured he took care in understanding the requirements from both a professional and personal standpoint.

Due to the urgency of the appointment, we looked to our extensive network and identified, screened and presented Sanjit who was offered and accepted the role within a week of the commencement of the mandate. We felt she would make the positive impact the charity was seeking.

Sanjit’s background is in the care sector and her appointment was effective from the 1st October 2020.
